Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, include clear photos of the item and packaging when you reach out. Once we review the details, we’ll work quickly to make it right. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label along with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that show signs of wear or damage

Before sending anything back, please contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For eligible returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
