At 3DAmazing, your child’s safety matters most. Our toys are designed and printed with care, but since they are 3D-printed handmade products, they may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard.

Warning: Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended for all play.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products purchased are age-appropriate and used safely.

3DAmazing shall not be held liable for any misuse or injury resulting from improper use of our products.

OURPRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

At 3DAmazing, every toy is crafted with care! Some of our creations are available exclusively through  our online store and may be produced in limited quantities. All purchases are subject to our Refund and Return Policy.

Because each product is individually 3D-printed, small variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. These tiny differences make each toy unique and are a natural part of the 3D printing process — not  defects.

We do our best to show accurate colors and details in all product images, but please note that your screen settings may affect how they appear. We may occasionally limit sales of certain products to specific customers, locations, or quantities, or discontinue an item altogether. We’ll always do our best to communicate changes clearly. While we’re confident you’ll love your 3DAmazing products, we can’t guarantee that every item or every detail on our site will meet everyone’s expectations perfectly — though we always aim to make it right whenever possible.

INTELLECTUALPROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the 3DAmazing website — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, logos, icons, software, and design elements — is the property of 3DAmazing, its licensors, or content providers. These materials are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unless expressly authorized by 3DAmazing, you may not:

Product Measurements & Variations - All product measurements, dimensions, and specifications provided by 3damazing are approximate and may vary slightly from item to item. Due to the nature of manufacturing, 3D printing, or handmade processes, minor differences in size, weight, shape, and finish may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects or grounds for return, refund, or replacement. Measurements may vary by ±2-5mm. And all our measurements are in mm.

ACCURACY OFBILLING AND ACCOUNTINFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders made under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If your order is modified or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. It is your responsibility to promptly update your details to ensure smooth order processing and communication.

SHIPPING ANDDELIVERY

All 3DAmazing products are 3D-printed to order. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item and order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or feedback (collectively, “Comments”), you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, or otherwise utilize them without restriction or compensation. We are under no obligation to maintain any Comments in confidence, to compensate you, or to respond to them. We may, but are not required to, monitor or remove content that we consider inappropriate or unlawful.
